I am the Urban Guru, modern day adventurer, philosopher and seeker. Born in the flavor-filled gumbo of New Orleans, Hurricane Katrina catapulted me out into the unknown, in search of enlightenment, in search of the magic that makes a beautiful life, in search of belonging.

In the past 20 years, I have gazed at the horizon from the peaks of mountains, prayed in ancient temples and celebrated with people who make the globe spin.
